Orders

The orders are accepted exclusively through Internet (on line). The customer who sends the order throught Internet, will receive at the end of the procedure a communication that will confirm the order or through e-mail (email), with the indication of the relative number of the order; after the dispatch of it, the number of the order doesn’t appear (after a few minutes), this means that the proposal isn’t accepted fr every kind of reasons.

All the prices in the website, in the relative column, are with including VAT. The prices can be modified anytime, without warning.

Commercial law for Cancellation of the Orders

The customer will be able to ask the cancellation of the order and Intimo Cristina Company can choose if to accept or not this one. The cancellation will have to happen in written shape (Fax or e-mail to the shown addresses within and not beyond hours 10,00 of the first successive week day to the day in which it has been forwarded the order. When the goods had already been ordered by Intimo Cristina Company, Intimo Cristina reservs the right not to accept the same one. When the customer cancels the order, he /she has to pay a severance pay to the company of 30% of the total price of the ordered product; if the damage exceeded 30%, the company can require more than 30%.

Jurisdiction and Appropriate Court

Every relative controversy about the application, execution, interpretation and violation of stipulated contracts "on line", through the website www.intimocristina.biz ,are subordinate to the Italian jurisdiction; the legislative decree n° 50 of 15.1.1992 and legislative decree n° 185 of 22.5.1999 indicate what we expressed previously. How can You Have the Use of it?

You have the fallowing informations: - mail that confirmed the order (indicating the order number); - if the recess is partial, article’s code; - banking coordinates on which to obtain the discount (Cod. ABI - CAB - Checking account of the person to who register the invoice). * • If the person to who register the invoice hasn’t got his own banking coordinates, he can supply those of a familiar person, but he has to authorize explicitly Intimo Cristina Company,throught a fax, to credit the amount on banking coordinates. The consumer has also to send, throught a fax n. 178.272.21.45, a written and signed declaration about the use of recess right putting all the indicated data. (including also the authorization to credit the amount on thirds’ checking account.

How can you Carry out the Return Expedition?

Times of Escape Discount to Customer

Intimo Cristina Company is taking care of crediting the amount paid in invoice to the customer, within 30 work days from the reception of goods, excluded shipping costs (art. 5, codicil 6, D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999).
